Hello! My name is Raquel.

After graduating from the Art Institute with a BFA in Media Arts & Animation in 2013, I decided to pursue my education further. In 2016, I graduated at the University of Texas at Dallas with a MFA in Arts & Technology focusing in Animation.
Since then, I actively strive to learn different technical disciplines in the animation industry. From Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Character Animation, Cinematic Animation, and currently, Game Animation. Collaborating with many talented individuals helped shape my artistic skill sets I have today.
I am based in Texas, USA. When I am not animating, you can find me playing video games on the Nintendo Switch, cooking some new recipes, or playing with my two dogs! The little character in my logo, his name is ‘Gee‘ (pronounced like the letter ‘G’). He stands for my last name initial and the balanced blend of 2D (blue) and 3D (orange) animation I produce!
